i wanna learn new language,like arabic, french,spanish..
hi , this is mj, i can speak chinese, english. little french , japanese.recently, i plan to learn some new languages like arabic which has great culture, french which sounds beautiful, and spanish which sounds nice as well. i am a languange learner interesting different conversation with different people. tks!

Laura, Mandarin is widely used in Mainland China and Taiwan. Theoratically, if you know Mandarin, you can communicate in China (including southern China like Hong Kong) and Taiwan.
Also it should be easier for English speaker to learn Mandarin than Cantonese.

English - Mandarin/Taiwanese partner seeking
This is Claire from Taiwan, Taipei. I'd like to make some new friends here who are native english speakers. I've traveled to Canada and the United States for several times the past few years, met a lot good Canadian, American, Germany and Japanese friends and I miss them so much, but they are such far away. I can't read properly the last character :P I'd like to exchange some mails with you...help you with english (though I'm a natise Spanish speaker) and get some help from you as regards chinese...I'm learning it at university but you know some east and west languages are sooooo different that that's not enough.... :)
