hello, i am Dutch, i speak English very well. I can try to help you, but i know very little of Turkish. I do like Turkish food though. I have been looking for a good recipe for pancakes with spinach and cheese. I cannot find it anywhere. Do you have that sort of recipe? Thank you in advance, and tell me how i could help you. Do you want any Dutch recipes??? (I think they are a little boring compared to Turkish food :() Greetings from Holland!

I love Thai Food. Here in Amsterdam i can get all the ingredients. I would love to have an original Thai recipe. For example with noodles, vegetables and prawns?
If you want Dutch recipes i can send you. But maybe this is a very strange taste for you that you will not apreciate. We eat a lot of boiled patatoes, with vegetables and meat. We have some interesting soups. Let me know!! Greetings from Holland!

Mi querida Gabriela...me encanta que sepas la receta del dulce de leche y puedas transmitirla a quienes en otras latitudes la desconocen, pero debieras aclarar que NO es un producto originario de tu país, pues todos sabemos que es tradicionalmente Argentino y que tuvo sus origenes en los campamentos de las batallas libradas en nuestro territorio por Don José de San Martin! I need some Finnish recipes
Hi everybody!! I love to cook all type of recipes and specially traditional foods of other parts of the world. "Any recipes of Finnish food will be welcome". "Lumpensuppe"
1 kg of beef meat
5 El. oil
1 kg onions
2 El.Peppers noble sweet
2 El. Wheaten flour
1 L. Bouillon
1 can (400 ml) goulash soup
1 glass of peas and carrots(420g)
1 glass of champions in plates(315g)
1 glass of tomato peppers in stripes(450g)
1 glass of cranberries(450g)
250 g of tomato ketchup
salt
freshly ground pepper
Dicing goulash in and in hot grease frying.
Dicing and also frying onions.With peppers and flour dusting.Briefly roasting.
Filling out with broth,coming to the boil and letting 45 min.cooking in low heat.
Goulash soup,Peas ind carrots,Champions,Tomato peppers and cranberries(with the juice)giving to the goulash,cooking and Ketchup giving to this.
The soup with peppers,salt and peppers season.
you really should try it.It tastes very good.

vegetarian recipes

i've been vegetarian for 8 years but then my doctor told me to give it up...by the way, i still dislike meat and fish and if you have any vegetarian recipe to suggest me, i'll be glad to experiment it!

KIMCHI RECEIPE?
I'd like to make kimchi. There's a huge Korean market near my house, so please go ahead and tell me those "authentic" ingredients.
I'd like a kimchi receipe for a medium spicy one, but I don't like a strong vinegar?/sour? taste. Some good kimchi I have tasted are spicy, garlic flavor, and "sweet"(the sweetness from the cabbage leaf).
