Re: Helpful world travel websites
Hello, Xiǎo Lěi,
no one will mock you for your English mistakes; your English is much better than most English speakers’ Chinese! I would recommend one correction: instead of “I am prids of i am chinese.”, either “I am proud of being Chinese.” or “I am proud that I am Chinese.” would be better (because “prids” is not an English word).
Which regions of China would you recommend for foreigners to visit?

Helpful world travel websites
I was an active member on Travelbuddy website which provided a mountain of interesting travel information. The website closed several years ago. Can anyone recommend a current replacement? I have worked in ten different foreign countries. Have visited another 15 countries for short duration. Currently visit only certain Asian countries for language exchange and vacation. Best.

Differences between English speakers in the world.
Currently I teach English in several Asian countries, including Chengdu, China. I tell my students there are several forms of English spoken in the world. These locations include: Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Europe, United States and others. Each group has their own particular pronunciation, vocabulary, slang and sentence structure. Honestly, when I am with a mixed group of English speakers, I can only understand a portion of the conversation. I am a native American English speaker. I encourage my basic students to open their mouths and pronounce the sounds. I instruct them to pay particular attention with the endings of words. If the word is plural, the person must sound the "s". Best to all.

traveling to china / east asia
Hiya, this is Tif. I will be traveling in China (Beijing, of course; Guangxi, Zhuhai, Hong Kong, possibly Hainan) and some East Asia areas from this upcoming November to February of 2018 - long trip, I know. Advise me on where to go and what to see - let me in on all that good ol' touristy stuff or amazing local gems! So far the only things set in stone are the dates of my flights :^) You can probably tell I'm not one for mapping and planning, because: plans change; spontaneity is what makes adventures awesome...RIGHT?! :3 Oh. I'm also interested in learning about traditional Chinese pastry-making. Hit me up if you are a master.

Traveling to Mount Fuji, Hakone in May this year
Hi,
I am learning Japanese now and will be going to Mount Fuji for sight-seeing in May this year. Hope to know a Japanese friend to learn more about the language and the culture.
Please let me know any direct transportation from Haneda Airport to somewhere near Mount Fuji. I plan to have a day tour to Mount Fuji or Hakone from there in the next day.
Please email me. Thank you
