Hi! I too am learning Aramaic. I can help you as far as I've gotten with it. I am using a text called "A Short Grammar of Biblical Aramaic" by Alger F. Johns. It does assume a prior proficiency in Hebrew, but I know enough Hebrew to help clarify that part of it for you. Let me know if you want to work together on this. Thanks.
