Kazu,
It's good to hearing from you^^
I'd be happy to be your good friend too^^
I never attend any classes or learning from anyone else before, but I learn it by myself, and now I just can write Hiragana and Katagana. My main problem now is studying, I've to take a long time to study just a sentence. I know some simple(really very simple) phrases and sentences.
Hope to hear from you again^^

Hi j-neko,
Great that you can write hiragana and katakana.
So I can write to you in Japanese sometimes if you like.
Hope to hear from you again soon.
Matane!( this means "see you again" )
P.S. The title next time will be "Hi from Japan"

Konichiwa, Kazuyo san!

you can write japanese to me, but i don't promise that i will understand it^^ but i was ready to learn it hardly for sure^^

for "matane", is it same with "jya ne"?
and is it ok to use "sayonara" for both see you again and goodbye that probably not meet again?

Hi from Japan
Hi j-neko!
Glad to hear from you.
Yes, jaane is the same as matane.
They both are used when you want to say good-bye or see you.
Strictly speaking, jaane means good-bye, and matane means see you again, so you'll say jaane to someone who you won't see again.
By the way how is the weather over there?
Are you in a summer vacation?

Hi, Kazuyo san.
Yes, I'm here in summer now. How bout Japan there?
Thanks for your explanation. Haha, now that I know I and my friends are using the wrong way to say goodbye...^^
Do you remember that I'm preparing to study at Japan? Actually, I'm now finding a contact person, the application for the school I want to enter will start on July, so....I wonder if you can help me?
I hope I can hear from you soon, matane!!!

Hi J-neko,
Sorry for my late reply.
We were out of town to stay with my parents.
We were happy to see them and enjoyed our trip.
By the way, are you coming to Japan next year?
Which part of Japan are you going to stay in?
I'd be happy if I could help you.
I don't know what a contact person should do, though.
Could you tell me about a contact person?

Hi!
I hope I can go there next year, if I can^^
The school I want to enter is in Tokyo or Osaka, I will see if I can enter which one.
Actually I'm not really sure about what a contact person have to do, but as I know, is to hand in the documents to the school, and you might have to go there for not just once...so, it may bother you...
From, neko.

Hi j-neko!
Glad to hear from you again.
As for a contact person, I'm very sorry to say, I won't be able to become one. I work from Monday to Friday, so I won't be able to go and hand in your documents...
I hope I help you in other ways.
I guess you're so excited about coming to Japan!
I went to England last summer to study. I just stayed only for three weeks, but it was so exciting.
Anyway, talk to you soon!

J-neko,
I understand you're nervous about coming here.
Are you a high school student or a college student?
I have some information about exchange homestay programs for high school students. I don't know if it's helpful for you though...
Talk to you soon,
