Is the term
"Je ne parle pas le néerlandais" right ?
Or "Je ne parle pas néerlandais" ?

You can say je ne parle pas le néerlandais And je ne parle pas néerlandais.

Both are right. But we usually say "Je ne parle pas néerlandais" without the "le".
