Je suis anglaise mais je parle francais. j'habitais a Paris pendant 18 mois et je suis revenue en Angleterre il y a un an.
J'aimerais bien pratiquer le francais mais aussi t'aider avec ton anglais.
On peut s'aider peut-etre?

"How's it hanging"? This means: how are you?
"Are you taking the mick", "Are you pulling my leg"? These mean: are you making fun out of someone, or over exaterating about something.
"Ya ard arse"! This means you're always complaining or crying about nothing.
"You pillick!" "You prat". This means you are an idiot.
"Don't grass on us". Don't tell on me.
I can't think of any more at the moment, when I can I'll tell you some more.

Hi, I am interested in some tips on speaking with a british accent and the slang. My whole family does it all the time and they are great, but I never have been. I would like to practice, and surprise them. Also, I am going over to London next month with a friend. Thanks, Kelly

Hi,.I am an above average student in english but I want to upgrade my level of fluency and speak english like a native .I am searching for a partner with whom I can communicate in english ,perferably british accents but american accent will also be suitable.I will go for higher studies in U.K or U.S.A.I have the ability to translate from english to urdu .learners normally get lost without translation skill. I believe talking is the best to improve any language.for me urdu is a piece of cake owing to my mother language.I am willing to help anyone.
