Barbarita consigue un mirada nueva porque quiere mirar mas profesional. Endereza su pelo y lleva ropa nueva. Don Caetano confunde Tibisay para su hija cuando su verdadera hija es Barbarita.

I was trying to say : Barbarita gets a new look (like a make over) in order to appear more professional. She straightens her hair and wears new clothes. Don Caetano confuses Tibisay for his daughter when his real daughter is Barbarita. That's what I was trying to translate into Spanish. Thanks for helping me out!

Barbarita consigue una facha nueva para que te veas mas profesional. Peinate tu cabello y consigue ropa nueva.

The last part of that is really weird. I can't translate without the english part.

Barbarita cambia de look/cambia su aspecto para parecer más profesional. Ella alisa su pelo y se cambia de ropa. Don Caetano confunde a Tibisay con su hija, cuando su hija real es Barbarita.
