"Sáo is a kind of bird (starling)."

" It is famous for to be talktative."

I guess when you are happy you would like to share it to the world and tell everybody about it.

I imagine when you feel happy, you would like to share it with the whole world, tell everyone about it.
"guess" is idiom, not usually OK for writing.
