i am learning german language and want to make a friend to improve this language

I always seek to speak to people in Newari language. Being belong to Newar family, it becomes obvious for me to try to preserve my native language. At least I can try, right!! I cannot just jump onto anybody and start to make the conversation so this site is a good way to sharpen my Newari skill. Here is how I grade my Newari language skill.
Listening: 99%
Speaking: 70%
Writing: 0%
Reading: 40%
Other language that i am interested in is Spanish.

I have come to Singapore 2 months ago. As 70% of people speak Chinese, I would like to learn this langauge. I did similar thing when I was in Japan (before I come here). In exchange, you can learn Japanese with me. I have good command of Japanese. I had already passed JLPT I level also. Communicating in English is also not a problem for me. I am fine with both English and Japanese. I like to go swimming too. I am easy going person. So, lets have good time.
