Test your system to ensure pop up blockers are not interfering with the text chat system.
You need pop ups to receive incoming calls from other members in text chat.
If you do not get a pop up window in a few seconds, one or more pop up blockers in your system is interfering with our text chat system.
You must disable all pop up blockers in order to receive incoming calls from other members.
Please check for pop-up blockers from all of these sources:
- your browser
- toolbars, such as the google search toolbar
- antivirus or antispam software, such as Norton Internet Security
- any other security related software
