Although we try to help students with technical issues such as hardware, software, etc., we are not responsible for problems on the student's computer.

•

We reserve the right to:

•	Ban students who behave inappropriately, without refund.
•	Postpone workshops if there are insufficient numbers of students.
•	Modify these policies with or without notice.

Tuition Fee Deadlines

•	We must receive 50% of your tuition fees to reserve a spot in the workshops.
•	The full amount of the tuition fees are due 3 business days before the start of the workshops.

Cancellations

•	Cancellations are only possible if we receive notice at least 3 business days before the start of the first workshop. You will incur a penalty of $20.
