Me levanto a las cuatro. Primero me tomo mi medicamento. A las cinco me doy una ducha. Después de ducharme me lavo los dientes, tomo el desayuno y café. Entonces, a las seis me voy a trabajar. Después en el trabajo me encuentro con mis clientes. Antes de ir a comer tengo que gestionar documentos. Luego tengo un descanso de treinta minutos. Más tarde me encuentro con más clientes y dirijo tres grupos. Tengo que hacer un montón de gestiones antes de poder volver a casa. Entonces tengo que hacer la tarea. Por último, me voy del trabajo a las siete de la tarde o nueve de la noche. Después de llegar a casa, me doy una ducha. Después de ducharme me como un plátano y tomo una taza de té. Por último, me meto en la cama a medianoche. Entonces me quedo dormido rápidamente.

I get up at four. First I take my medicine. At five I take a shower. After I shower and brush my teeth, I eat breakfast and drink coffee. At six, I then go to work. After I am at work, I meet with my clients. before my lunch, I have to do paperwork. Then I have a break for thirty minutes. Later I have to meet with more clients and lead three groups. I have to do a lot of paperwork before I can go home. Then I have to do homework. Finally, I leave work at seven at night or nine at night. After I get home, I take a shower. After I take a shower, I eat a banana and drink a cup of tea. Lastly, I get in my bed at midnight. Then I fall asleep quickly.
