I recently visited an orphanage in Bulgaria and hope to return in the fall. In the meantime, I wish to develop some skills in the language. How do you say, "Do you want to talk with someone?"

I am also interested in learning how to speak the language.

We say "Iskash li da govorish s niakoi" or "Iskate li da govorite s niakoi" if you are addressing more formally.
