I am volunteering in Haiti in June and would like to have a strong hold of the language before then so that I can be as useful as possible in relief efforts. I have a strong background in French, which I hope will help. What I want is basic/interme diate conversation skills.

To whom it may concern,
M y name is Shavonne Goutier and I am currently looking for lessons on speaking in Haitian Creole. The reason for my search is because of the recent devestation in Haiti with the earthquake and having in-laws there whom we recently got in contact with. Also, my husband is Haitian and I really want my children to learn their native language. Since my schedule is very tight I would do well with a professor who offers 'beginner' online and telephone sessions. I would like a professor to contact me at his or her earliest convenience regarding rates and etc. Thank You.
