I am assigned to work in Tajikistan for child protection. I am going to work there from around end of December or early January, and I need to have basic Russian communication skill to talk with local authorities.
I am a complete beginner. Therefore, I would like to start learning from the very beginning. I can spend once or twice, maximum 1 hour per time, a week to study Russian, but if time allows, would like to spend more time for learning Russian.

I have been very interested in Russian culture and language and think it beneficial career-wise to have another language at my disposal. I would describe myself as a beginner although I can read and write Cyrillic and have built a certain level of vocabulary and grammar. It's just getting the cases right, which affects nouns and adjectives which I find complex. I want to build up proficiency in speaking and a general conversation. My times are pretty flexible and I could spend at least 4 to 5 hours a week studying. I would preferably have a native Russian teacher who is aware of the specific customs and formalities when conversing with potential clients.

Dear Teacher(s),
I am looking for a replacement Russian language teacher. I have had lessons for about 6 months already and can read, write and speak basic Russian. My last teacher, Anastasia, has had to return to Russia as her Dutch visa has expired.
I am learning Russian because I have Russian family (Mineralnye-V ody), and would like to visit them more. They do not speak English (and I not Russian), so I must be accompanied by my sister-in-law , Elena, at all times.
I do enjoy languaes very much, so there is interest as well as necessity for me learning Russian. I understand it's challenging, but I have had lessons before, so I'm a serious learner.
I live close to Amsterdam, so I need a teacher in this area. I can travel, and am available evenings (after 18:00) and weekends all day.
