It depends on the context of the sentence. I'll give you an example sentence of how each would be used.
Get over your loss. (Meaning: Forget about what happened) Get off the horse. Get down from the ledge. Get in the car. (Meaning: Enter the car)

What is 'get' mean?
In my latest TOEFL, i found questions that made me confuse. I was asked to fill uncomplete sentence, and there were 4 choices. The problem was, each of them had 'get' and was followed by 'over', 'off', 'down', and 'in'. . . Is there any different meaning? Can you help me? It's really confusing.

Gut so! This phrase is said, when you have done something well. You have done your job exactly as it should be.
Machs gut dann! Is an informal phrase to say goodbye (Machs gut) until the next meeting (dann ... = bis dann).
