Native English speaker seeking help from a native Spanish speaker
I am learning Spanish at a college level. Currently, my course is focusing on command ("mandatos") conjugations both affirmative and negative. Under this is a 165 word composition that I have prepared for my course, but I'm not too good at conjugating the verbs correctly. In this composition I am supposed to be a doctor giving advice to a single patient. Help would be deeply appreciated!

Hi, my name is Maria,
I have just registered and would like to exchange experience. My english is very good but my B.indonesia terrible. Just starting... I live in Portugal which is 7 hours before indonesia. The best time for me is from 21:00pm (Indonesian time), and occasionally, from 18:00 (your time).
