Hmm, well depends on what you wanna see...You gotta visit Ohrid, its UNESCO protected natural lake (one of the oldest and most transparent in the world!), some of the 365 churches surrounding the city (if you are into beautiful historic architecture), there are also some clubs there you could visit, however, since you're visiting in September, if you really want to experience good clubbing, you should go to Skopje, the capital (Colosseum, Hard Rock Cafe...) or the party capital of Macedonia - Strumica. Do a search on google for more info, or message me... Have a great stay!
