I'm syrian seeking german people to help my with my deutsch .. plus i need some help with these expessions in english :)

what's the male name that "dick" is its shorcut .. and isn't it embarrising for who's name is dick?!
one last thing...in Friends SHow late in the 1999 show when the guys discover that chandler and Monica are in love .. in that night chandler says a sentence that " the messers becomes the messies ! "
or so .. what does that mean .. ?!

Arabic Language Learning Material
Dear All,
I am looking to learn some Arabic but could only find textbooks with exercises that did not explain the grammar very well (or at all). I can learn a language best by going through the grammar, so I was wondering if anybody could recommend a textbook to me?
Moreover, is there a big difference between the Arabic spoken in the Middle East, Egypt etc? I speak Farsi, will this help me with Arabic (other than with the alphabet)?
