put down your pencils: dejar los lápices. (in classrooms is more usual to say: dejar los lápices sobre la mesa)
clear your desks: limpiar vuestro pupitre.
turn in your papers to the basket: tirar los papeles a la papelera.
I hope that I can help you.
Some corrections: "por el futuro" it's wrong, you have to say "PARA el futuro"
