Need some help in this English article, thank you.
I am trying to translate an essay. But I don't know if its correct in collocate using and proper nouns for native user. If someone can help me modifying it to exact words and make it fluent, I really appreciate it.
Here it is.
After the 911 terrorist attacked, there came out a new concept which is called ¡°homeland security.¡± And the border control is in the first line when it comes to homeland security.
National Immigration Agency is crucially in charge of border control by enforcing the relevant laws and examine the documents.
The main purpose of it is to prevent the transnational and inbound crimes like smuggle illicit items or criminals.
Cooperation with the other nations in combating the terrorism to secure the world order is also its main task.
Besides, there is no country without strengthening its management in border control when people enters or exits.
Take USA for example, it puts much more emphasis on safety inspection for fear of another 911 attack happening again.
With an eye on world tendency, every nation has been taking all the measures to root out terrorism since 911. An obvious change is that anti-terrorism used to be depended on martial or military acts but now on anti-money laundering, human trafficking, weapon spreading and facilitate human resource or investment on economic trade or other international cooperation to lower the threats of terrorism.
The top issue among internationals is to secure and maintain its country interest by collecting and exchanging the intelligence with other country about transnational crimes such as money laundering, financial fraud, gun-running, illegal pharmaceutical trade, trafficking in person, organized crime and so on.
What¡¯s more, foreign migrant secretaries are responsible for not only their relevant duty but also trying to attend international conference so as to cooperate with police or secure organization in the host country.
