My nowadays English level is advanced, and my German is intermediate, I think.

Meine heutezutage Evene auf Englisch ist die hoche Evene (ungefäre B2-C1) und Meine Deutsches ist in der Mittel Evene (ungefäre B1), Ich denke.

I want to learn German.
My wife and I can't wait to return to Germany after my first visit there this year.
Before I return I want to learn and be at least fairly proficient at speaking and reading the language. I've also tried to learn French and Spanish in recent years.

I am an American student, who is looking for both a German "pen pal" (likely no mail, more email) to practice and further my understanding of German, and a Russian (or someone who knows Russian) "pen pal" to help me learn Russian. I know basics.. Да, нет, and "cool"- I forget spelling. My German is much more advanced- I've written stories (short, but still) about 1 page long. I have had German 1 and 2 and plan on taking dual credit at my local university next year. I am not a gold/ premium subscriber, so if there's a way to connect other than that, that's preferable.
