Is it time to go abroad??
Recently, I'm kind of confused about whether it's time for me to go abroad or not. Quite a few friends around me are not studying in foreign countries(we're around 18). At first, I was planning to finish studying in one of the colleges in Taiwan. But then, more and more people around me suggest me going abroad soon after I graduate from high school. I'm really confused right now. Who can tell me when's the best time to study abroad??
