This is nicka from Hong Kong. Just join this a couple days ago and would love to find tandem partners for German and Japanese. Got almost zero opportunities here to practise both languages. Teaching myself to speak, read and write Thai :)
Hello!
I'm Brian, a Californian in the USA who has developed a deep interest in Thai culture and language. I am overwhelmed! I have found many information resources for language learning and very, very slowly starting to grasp Thai alphabet, consonants, vowels, tones and related. Frankly I feel sort of stupid at this stage as I progress. I'm certain things will begin to sink in, in time.
Certainly would love to make some Thai friends! I've already had a couple reach out to me via 'Hi' but I haven't purchased a membership yet to be able to respond to them. Pat and Taohoo in Bangkok, I got your Hi!! Look forward to figuring out how to do this! :)
