Tips on How to Properly Say Hello! in English
This lesson is mainly for those who can read and understand English at a beginner/intermediate level.
Say 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨 (𝐇𝐞𝐡-𝐥𝐨𝐰) if you were to greet someone in person.
If you were to say Hello! over the phone, your tone should sound like you're asking a question.
A more casual way of saying Hello is 𝐇𝐢! 𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐞𝐲!
When answering the phone you wouldn't use Hi or Hello unless you know who the person is.
