tu: con gente que conozco y tengo cierta amistad y confianza; de mi misma edad o menores; el plural es vosotros; al hablar, frecuentemente lo omitimos (vienes al cine (tu)? venis a TOMAR UN CAFé (VOSOTROS)?), porque el verbo ya indica la persona (segunda del singular o plural en estos casos)
vos: en andalucia no lo usamos normalmente pero en dos contextos puede oirse de vez en cuando; y suele ser carinoso y /o "ironico"
el emplear usted (plural:ustedes) indica que la persona a la que nos dirijimos "obliga" a cierto respeto, por edad (de mayor edad),por su cargo (en ciertos trabajos es obligatorio tratar a los superiores de "usted" e incluso e los colegas), o simplemente porque es alguien que no conocemos
