Hello, and thanks for answering! If I remember correctly it was a UK English expression, but I don't think it has the same meaning of "When in Rome...". I also tried to look it up on the internet but there were very few results...Maybe it's just an old expression that is not used anymore...

Need help learning Mandarin; just daily things.
I'm traveling to Shaxi Villiage in the Yunnan Province and I know very little in actually speaking Mandarin, but I'm taking Japanese so I can write a little of the Chinese Characters. I don't understand a lot of the pronunciation rules. Its quite different from Japanese, haha. ^o^

Need Farsi Partner
I love Iran, hopefully going there soon and need to write my Mother there and my new relatives. I will soon be married hopefully there too. A guy promised to help me so I could give my Mom a Mothers Day card but after I sent him the letter he never replied back. Maybe he thinks I am crazy because I am really into my religion..I do not know (love Islam). I would gladly help someone in English and would be so grateful if they could help me with my letter for the card. I have to send it out because it takes forever to get there. I want to learn Farsi, love the language and all things Persian. :)
