Well I can't really help with your language goals, but I just read it and did also enjoy the book quite a lot. I am just beginning Japanese, so am hoping for some rudimentary Japanese conversation. But if you're interested in talking about the story anyway, maybe we can chat. Maybe I should learn some German along the way :)

I need a book suggestion.
I love to read, and believe one of the quickest and best ways to expand a person's vocabulary is through reading. I am working on my Spanish and was wondering if anyone had some suggestions for good books. Nothing real strenous right now please, I'm looking for something at an intermediate level. Thanks.

I read the Twilight series a few years ago and I really liked them as well. I don't like the movies, though.
If you like the vampire books, you should read the blue bloods series by Melissa De La Cruz, or the Marked series by PC and Kristen Cast.
They're very good.

Well, hello Anna. Well at the moment I am reading a book called "The Year of Secret Assignments" and I must say it is quite a story. To put it in my own words, it's about three girls and three boys who become pen pals through a school program. (To tell you the truth it's the reason I want a pen pal.)Anyway, it's full of fire alarm pulling, breaking into cars and some romance too. I found myself laughing out loud at school reading this (which made people think I was crazy). It's also a simple read, nothing to out their, you know?
