hi! boricua...i never used that word, but it means a person that is from Puerto Rico, in spanish: puertorriqueño, it´s the same.

" ça va?" means "how are you" and is used when you know the person you are talking to.
"Coucou" means "hi or hello" and is also used when you know the person you are talking to.

Polite form of "ça va?" is "comment allez-vous?".
Polite form of "coucou" is "bonjour" (day) and "bonsoir" (evening and night).
