Morrocan/Marocain language translation

I recently received a line of text :

I suspect it is written in Morrocan language but I have no clue.
Please try to translate this for me, if possible. You could also write in French as i can understand French as well.

Nicknames in Spanish
I was wondering what some comman romantic nicknames are in spanish? I know the nicknames we have in english don't translate the same way in spanish.
I know ones such as mi amor or mi vida but what are others?
Is mi osito one?
