I'm Marina and I'm a french student. I have a good command of english but I'm not bilingual aaaand practise makes perfect so I would love to talk in english with a native speaker. Where I can get Romanian Language Certoficate?

My name is Irene. I am Taiwanese(not Chinese). Where I can get language certificate in Taiwan? In the future I want to study(PhD) or work in Romania. I must get a Romanian Language Certificate. The situation is same to Toefl Certificate. If you want to survive in the U.S. you must have a Toefl.
