You can say (at least in spanish from spain)
¿Que ocurre? which is very similar to 'What happens?' and is a very common expression
A more literal translation would be
¿Que es lo que esta mal?, but if you say this in spanish, you are taking for sure that something is wrong and is less common.

How do you say this in French, Italian, and Swedish
Hello. How are you? Do you have any pets? How many pets? Can you cook? What's your name? How long have you lived here? My name is ..... How many siblings do you have? How old are you? What's your favorite food?
These are all just kinda rando I lnow but I'm just kinda curious how to say stuff like that because I have friends who can speak it but I can't and I'm always lost and confuse. Thanks a bunch.
