In response to your questions:
I love you in Spanish, is Te amo.
I love you in French, is Je t'aime.
Also, I noticed someone typed in a Spanish chant about a flower, I think it was meant to be about plucking out the petals of a flower or sunflower and chanting “…he loves me, he loves me not, he loves and he loves me not…“ and so on. The word “cursi” was then added which can be translated into corny or cheesy. So, what the person was saying is that the Spanish chant may be romantic but corny and/or cheesy at the same time. :)

The closest would be sth. like badly sentimental, affected or twee.

En Español "I love you" es "Yo te amo"
Y con una margarita puedes decir : Me quieres, No me quieres, mucho, poquito o nada y cada vez la flor tiene una hoja menos.
English:
If you have o flower on hand you can say you love me a lot, a litlle or nothing and each time you put off a petal of the flower untill the flower is empty or without any petal and the you will know if he love you a lot, a little or nothing. It is romantic or it is CURSI? I dont know CURSI in English.
It can be better to say : Wolud you like to dance or invited me to eat dinner?
¿Te gustaría bailar? ¿Me invitas a cenar? or
¿QUIERES ir a cenar a mi casa? Podemos preparar unos deliciosos sandwiches o pedimos Comida China o Pizza.
¡Cuándo podemos ver películas en tu casa? o en mi casa?
