help translating a sentence in Bulgarian -- I think
Hello everyone. I'm 27 and from America. I found an old photo with people in beautiful costumes, and I want to know more about it. I think they are dancers. There is writing at the bottom of the photo. The only word I can understand is Rucenka, which I think is a type of Bulgarian dance. Am I right about that? Can someone that speaks Bulgarian tell me if the words are in Bulgarian and also what they mean? Here is what it says...
Xop in. Rucenka Ykp-s Tpabocrabnos Uepkbu. b Hroapk, H. Dsp.
It's handwritten on the photo, so I might be misspelling some words. Any help would be wonderful. Thank you very much.

Australian seeking a German... As a pen-pal.
I want to live in Munich (München) ASAP. I want a pen pal preferably from Munich (München) aswell. I am a 28 year old Male. I speak English. And, I want to learn Deutsch. I love the German culture and Life-style. As the Title says... I am an Australian. This is my first time trying something like this (pen-pal). I am a new user to this kind of concept. I want email + IM (instant messenger) contact. And, if the person interested, wants contact via "Skype" or "Google Talk"... I am willing to do this aswell. Prefer someone around my age. Please contact me. Is everyone on a "Free" membership? If I do not hear from anyone... I might have to upgrade, huh? Don't be afraid to chat to me, or leave a message. Kind Regards... Matthew

Re:Breton translation please
Okay, last effort, reading the following
Daoulagad ‚ eyes Bre Peus ‚ sadness Fin Guapa ‚ pretty Sp Desde ‚ since, from, ever since Sp & Por Primer ‚ first Sp (Cat), prime, Du, Swe Dia ‚ day, slide Sp, day Por (Cat), God Sc, Ir, transparency (slide) Fin Konferenz ‚ Ger Parecias ‚ you looked Por Peseurt ‚ what (interrogatory) Bre
It's got to be Breton and ends up something like:
Your eyes are so sad [have such sadness] You looked beautiful to me since the first day Why [for what] are you sad [have such sadness], we are together
Sorry about the bum steers, I'm new at this

Re:Breton translation please
Have had a thought re the word peus. Could be ‘love’, 'that which and consumes and divides’. It would change the interpretation somewhat. Actually starts to sound like the song, Love Changes Everything, how you live and how you die etc.
I'll be interested to know what it does actually mean, where did it come from?

Not knowing Breton or Welsh, if indeed it is either, this is a bit of a wild punt but I'd go for
