I've read the "Wanderer triology (Under the autumn stars,The wanderer plays on muted strings and the last joy)" of Knut Hamsun.And I should say that I've been admired in his writing style.
I'll buy his first novel "Sult" of course into turkish.if you read it,can you tell me a bit about it?

Hello Janine! I'm reading Breaking Dawn (devouring is a better word :D) and I'm really fond of that kind of books...what else have you read?
About the movie I guess no human actor can impersonate the perfect beauty of Edward...(and all vampires!)physically and psychologically, but I'm gonna watch it anyway xD curiosity will get the best of me!
I'd like to talk to you about it, can help with your english if you want (and help me with my German ^^)

Books exchange/Intercambio de libros
Hi!! I'd like to read GOOD books in English, but I find it pretty difficult to buy them (don't know where to find cheap ones), and besides, I never know which ones are worth it. So here is my deal (to anyone who like it):
I propose an exchange of ENGLISH-SPANISH books to anyone interested in reading in Spanish: I'd send a GOOD Spanish book to that person and he/she will send me back a GOOD English one.
(Cheap ones, with paper cover, to make the sending cheaper).

The Other Hand - Chris Cleave (about a Nigerian Refugee in London)- just finished reading this over the weekend!
The Namesake - Jhuniper Lahiri
The Colour of Water - James McBride (have yet to read this one but it always makes the best-seller list)

I have one book to recommend: "L'ombra del vento"...this is a Italian title but in English it could be: "The Shadow of the Wind" wrote by Carlos Ruiz Zafón. This is not very much about travel...but it's very exciting! Maybe you could be interests. Bye!

Great book, sensitive, humble, unpretentious, loving
Hi, new to the community, just wanted to reccommend the professors house by willa cather. simple story about a professors life while writing his lifelong work and living with his family and friends. hopefully connect with literature guys and girls from japan in the future. cheers
