I'm a french native speaker and i also know that i do need to improve my english in order to make it fluent.

In french it would be:
bonjour,
le français est ma langue maternelle( langue maternelle means native it deals with motherland and so on in english i think)
Je sais que je dois faire plus d'efforts pour que mon anglais soit correct ( fluent) et si ça te dit ( "ca te dit" french idiomatic expression to ask if you are interested) on peut commencer à discuter ensemble.

I was mostly interest in learning english as i want to go abroad for my studies in a english country.
But if i can have twices much with swaahili, let's try!!
I speak comorian, it is my motherland language and it is a mix of arabic and swahili so shall we try to chat in swahili and english?
