How do you say "I've had enough" after you eat in Taiwanese? When I was in Taiwan, i was told a way to say this, but I can't remember it! Thanks!

Uso ortográfica del nombre de lenguas
Escribo un programma en cual hay que usar el nombre de varias lenguas como parte de una caja de selección. Tomo los nombres del sistema (Windows) como existen en ello dentro de su definición cultural y elegido por el usuario.

¿Cómo se presenta la lengua como si estuviera en la lengua natal del usario (eso es lo que dice el diálogo que vee el usuario)? Lo que tengo ahora es "español". Me pregunta si debe ser escrito con mayúscula "Español". Los idiomas italiano y francés se las representa igualmente con su primera letra chica. Sé que es normal, pero ¿debo presentarlas con mayúscula o no?

Gracias por su ayuda cualquiera y disculpe por mi castellano.
