Sorry, I found a little mistake in my explanation.
In the 2nd and 3rd sentence in Japanese, '先週の買ったばかり' will be perfect if 'の' is removed.
'先週買ったばかりの自転車を昨日盗まれました。' is perfect.

The 1st sentence is more correct, if the oringinal sentece is below.
'I bought a new bike last week, but it was stolen yesterday.'
I guess it is not so important for you either 'I' or 'You', so I will let you know how to use '～ばかり' and more correct expression in Japanese on the case 'I'.
At first, all sentence in Japanese is no problem with the way to use '～ばかり '.
All Japanese may say 'correct'.
The reason why I said '1st is more correct' is that 2 sentence are translated to 2 sentence.
I mean the below will be original sentence of the 2nd and 3rd sentence in English.
'The new bike that I bought last week was stolen yesterday.
But I think it the defference is not so important.
Second, the sentence has a room to improve a bit on the way to use 'て に を は'.
The 1st sentence will be perfect, if 'は' is removed like below.
先週、新しい自転車を買ったばかりですが、昨日、盗まれました。
The 2nd sentence will be good, if 'は' is replaced to 'を'.
昨日、先週の買ったばかりの自転車を盗まれました。
It will be perfect if the position of '昨日' is replaced.
先週の買ったばかりの自転車を昨日盗まれました。
The replacement of the '昨日' position make the sentence more clearly.People can understand that the bike was stolen 'yesterday' (not last week).
The 3rd sentence will be perfect, if 'は' is replaced to 'を'.
先週の買ったばかりの自転車を昨日、盗まれました。
In Japanese, 'は' add the feeleng 'LIMITED'.
'昨日は盗まれた' make listener have question '昨日以外は盗まれなかった？'
Of course, it's non sense. So Japanese people may understand what you say.
'先週買ったばかりの自転車は盗まれた' make listener to have question '先週買った自転車以外の自転車、例えば以前から持っていた古い自転車は盗まれなかった？'
In some case, it may make sense. So Japanese people will try to understand with the context of the front and rear.
