The Ringu series is very good :) Much better than the American remake "The Ring".

You should definitely watch some movies by the Japanese director Takashi Miike. My favourite is Audition.

I think oriental horror films are really great. I ve seen The Eye, Dark Water but I really enjoy Ju on. The original movie from which Hollywood made Grudge.

This week movies are...
Movies that I watched this week "Flash Point" and "Aragami". Well, I really Like Donie Yen and Luis Koo on this movie "Flash Point", the movie is filled with action sequences and it rocks. The other movie was "Aragami" I was not really in to it because in the beginning it had too much dialogue. The sword fighting was ok but the overall plot was weak.

Ohayo gozaimas Georgina

A good place to find info about japanese drama is jdorama.com
The best place to find japanese show on the internet is d-addicts.
You can get many torrents on many asian shows from japan, korea, taiwan, hong kong, etc. just look for the english sub titled shows.

Hello, I watched too many movies.
Hello, I joined the blockbuster online movies rentals so, I have watched so many movies. I love to watch action, comedy, martial arts and romance. I really can't stand drama movies because I believe everyday there is some form of drama in someone's life. I must admit I don't like gore movies or those really scary movies but I have seen them too.

Re:What's your favorite foreign language movie?
"Dreams" by Akira Kurasawa is my favorite movie of all. Even though it is in Japanese, you do not even need to understand the subtitles. The message is so strong and visual that they could be speaking gibberish and I would still recognize the substance of Dreams. Okay, to be accurate, DeNiro shows up for a Cameo and speak English, (as Vincent van Gogh).
