How are you? I have a joke for you that I learned when I was in China...it's not really a joke, just a funny saying about the south of China... I was told that in Kunming, they eat everything with legs but the table; in Guangzhou, they eat everything, whether it has legs or not.
I live in the USA (Missouri); I lived in Beijing for one year; I visited Tianjin, but never visited Harbin. I hear it's beautiful during the ice festival in the winter.
