is this spanish writing correct
Here is a paragraph. I was just wondering if could check that it is all correct especially accents.
En mi opinion creo que estoy saludable puesto que como muchas verduras y fruita. Suelo evitar la comida basura y comida rápida ya que grasa es perjudicial para el cuerpo. Si como más grasa luego pesaría demasiado mucho y no quería que. Ayer comí la ensalada para almuerzo y también bebí agua con mi comida. Bebo agua todos los dias. Manaña comeré un poco carne con mi alimento por nutrición. Cuando era pequeño solía comer mucho chocolate y por eso era gorda. Además solía beber coca cola que contiene mucho azúcar.
I'm unsure as it whether solía needs an accent or not

Looking for help with pronunciation of my family motto.
Hello,
I want desperately to be able to pronounce my family motto correctly. In Scots Gaelic it is "Edrych i fynw". Can any native speaker give me proper pronunciation guidance?
