Sole Trip in the East Coast?
Hello. I used to live in San Francisco and just moved to Maryland. I will be talking a short vacation for three days and four nights in January, but I have no idea where to go. I already went to Florida, but it was just for a business matter. I'm interested in going to NY, but my vacation will be in January. I heard that going to NY in Jan is terrible. So, I'm completely stuck in here!
I once asked my friends about the same, and they said it depended on what I like to do. I like to explore cities, but I also enjoy seeing nature (not hiking or anything. I just like to visit and see it). When I was in SF, I went to the Grand Canyon, the Glacier National Park, Yosemite, Las Vegas, Los Angels, Monterey, Seattle, Reno, etc. So, if possible, I want to experience both of them, cities and seeing nature. I know it sounds pretty difficult to perfectly meet my demand, but this is why I'm wondering and haven't decided yet where to do and what to do!! >< (Since I'm new to the East Coast, I have no friend to talk with about this and have posted this here to get more information from you guys). If you are available, we can meet up and exchange a language! Haha.
Anyway, do you have any recommendation/suggestion? :)
