Cheesecake is a dessert (pudding). It has a base made from crushed/broken biscuits, topped with a mixture of cream cheese (or sometimes Quark), sugar and something else (fruit, chocolate, vanilla, etc). I think it comes from Ancient Greece but there isn't really an original recipe. Some cheesecakes are baked, others are not. A famous type of cheesecake is called New York Cheesecake, so you could look that up. Chocolate cheesecakes are also popular, and berry cheesecakes. Google it and try lots of different ones!

Dov'e sei? Io abito negli stati uniti. Sono d'origine Italiana. Quando ero giovane, abitavo in un quartiere italiano vicino a New York City. I miei nonni sono nati in Italia. La Zia era una brava cuoca e lei mi ha detto una ricetta autentica per 'Cheesecake'. Non è troppo difficile ma c'e vuole tempo.
