In spanish that would be:
'Cuántas veces tengo que repetírtelo para que entiendas?!'
..In fact, the complete meaning is: 'How many times do I have to tell you so you understand?!'. There's other way to say it.. 'Nankai itte wakaru ka, omae?!' (WARNING: this is a VERY aggresive way to say it..)
