I don't think I can remember the Hebrew yet...
I tried to get the gist of it in German with the English clues given.
I wrote:
Who would stand by me as a "Mensch"
if I
either
am only there for myself
or
I despise myself.

Instead of "im ein anili mili veim ani leazmi mi ani", in German we say "Wer steht denn bei mir als Mensch,..."

Instead of "im ein anili mili veim ani leazmi mi ani", in Ukrainian we say "Не мороч мені голови!"
