No suele utilizarse esta expresión referida a personas. Sí se aplica a los animales. Nosotros decimos estoy harto o satisfecho, pero no lleno.

I was surprised to learn that I would need a letter that was already shown in the clue part of the phrase, but it's my first time in and I feel good that I figured it out. what makes that a "popular expression"?
