In Berber we say "yiwi rebbi lamantnes" = "God has taken his good"
In Moroccan arabi "kmel lajal" = "l'échéance est finie", that is to say he has finished his time. But these are just two exemples among the numerous periphrases used either in Berber or Moroccan Arabic to say that someone has passed away.
Instead of "passed away", in Berber (Tamazight) we say "yiwi rebbi lamantnes"
