In an antiquity in Russia utensils was made of a tree. To cut out the spoon, was necessary to break away a piece from a log. These pieces was named 'baklusha'. To make baklusha was entrusted to pupils: it was the easy work which is not demanding special skill. and process of preparing such pieces named «bit baklushi». so, later this saying was used as a joke about lazy workers
