Title:
An old famous phrase said by a very old historian about egypt
Answer:
MESR HEBAT ELNEEL

Hints:
1. one word is a name of a country...!!!!!
2. the other word is a famous river ....GUESS WHAT ??!!!!

Explanation:
This quote was said by the famous Roman historian HERODOT as he visits ancient EGYPT . HERODOT was stucked by how the Egyptians make use of the Nile in superb agriculture, fishing ,transportation along north and south, planting papyrus for education, detecting seasons of the year, making clay for buildings. and so he said his famous quote EGYPT IS A GIFT FROM THE NILE . But he wasn't totally wright as other historians criticise him by prevailing the fact that the Nile runs through more than other 10 countries yet only the egyptians succeeded in taming it .Historians recorrect Herodot's phrase to more fairly one which says 'EGYPT IS A GIFT FROM THE EGYPTIANS'
